Stalled

Well, like a learner driver on a hill, Ive stalled it.

I based my confidence of shooting the first scene in the first weekend of April on the fact that id have a shiny new Canon 7D. However, the inability of Jessops staff to understand their own payment authorisation system means Im still sans camera.

The only upside to this, and lets face it; you have to try and see it, is that Ive got more time to tweak the script and polish off the props.

Fingers crossed the sale of my airsoft kit goes smoothly and Ill have enough to buy the camera outright in time to re-schedule the shoot for the 1st/2nd May.

Project 2499 - 1

So Ive set up this blog so I wont clutter up various forums with the same posts.

Project 2499 is a working title, and I plan to at least mention Project 2500. Its a refrence to Ghost in the Shell which featured project 2501.

This is how things stand:

Plot - complete
Script - ~50% complete
Props - ~20% complete
Actors - Got the main players. Just need to fill in the gaps
Locations - Got ideas for all the scenes, and Ive asked permission for filming in Strathclyde Uni

Now if it'd warm up and dry out a bit we could get some footage shot!
